There are thousands styles of fabrics available at different textile houses. It is impossible for us to show all of them on our online shop page. Please visit textile houses’s websites to see a full range of fabrics or visit local furniture shops – they have samples of upholstery fabrics from Australian textile houses.
We would recommend to order fabric samples from textile houses or check fabric samples at Australian furniture shops before placing your order to check colours, because all computer screens reproduce colours differently.

All orders of fabrics are special orders. Please note orders will only be accepted in written format by email/online enquiry. When your order is processed, we will provide you with a tax invoice. Fabrics will be cut to your specification. Delivery time differs depending on the selected fabric brand. We do not stock fabrics, we order them from different Australian and European manufacturers.
Most of our brands have showrooms. You are welcome to visit showrooms and select the products you like, no appointments are necessary. Then you can order selected fabrics online from us.

Fabrics Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each piece of fabric is inspected for defects before shipment to ensure its quality.
By purchasing fabrics from Home Decor Direct, you understand there are no refunds, credits or exchanges if the products you ordered do not match your requirements or you have changed your mind. Please select items carefully.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with attached photos of damage. If the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, the customer is exempt from paying the original and return shipping costs. The customer will be credited for product damaged by carrier mishandling. The customer has responsibility to sign the freight receipt as damaged and, if possible, take pictures to support Home Decor Direct ‘ entering of a claim with the carrier. Unsubstantiated claims will not be refunded.
The item returned must be in its original condition (uncut, unwashed, undyed, etc.) in order for us to accept and process your return. Any packaged item must be returned in its original packaging. Returning fabric on a roll or bolt: If your fabric arrived on a roll or bolt, we ask that it be sent back to us rolled or folded on the same bolt or roll to avoid the product from becoming permanently creased or damaged, which may make it un-sellable. Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Home Decor Direct cannot guarantee colours to be exactly the same as you see on your screen. Please order samples of fabrics before placing orders. You can order samples of Warwick fabrics yourself from Warwick website.
For all Returns & Exchanges, please note the following: For customer security, please only return products via carriers with tracking services or by insured Australian mail. Home Decor Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen returns, or damage to goods caused during return shipping. Please make sure the parcel being returned has a tracking number, as this will be your confirmation of receipt. Please note: all return Shipping & Freight costs are the responsibly of the customer and are not refundable. Simply return your products within 7 days of receiving goods to our address.
All refused shipments, missed pick-up dates and/or incorrect Shipping Addresses will result in a 20% restocking or reshipping charge plus freight costs incurred. Charges will be added to reshipments of future orders. Customer refusal of shipments without legitimate reason will not be refunded.
Home Decor Direct reserves the right to reject the return of goods, which are not returned in the accordance with our Exchanges Policy above.
